Ho, ho, ho! Happy Twelve Days of Christmas!
Welcome to a holiday mini-series with your host, me!
This series is in honor of Debbie Macomber’s book, Twelve Days of Christmas (mentioned in my last post and linked to purchase here). If you haven’t already read this Christmas gem, a Seattle-based blogger takes on the challenge of killing her neighbor…with kindness.
Every day for twelve days, she intentionally goes out of her way to do something nice for her neighbor. I won’t tell you the ending (I’m sure you can guess), but it’s like, really jolly. Totally unexpected. The most dramatic season yet.
Once a day for twelve days (ending on Christmas), I’ll be reporting back to you with what my good deed-of-the-day was.
My hope is that you, too, will go on this Twelve Days of Christmas kindness journey with me. If you do, please keep me updated on all of your adventures! There aren’t any rules for this so let your imagination run wild (or stick with really simple acts of kindness that everyone appreciates – totally your call).
If you are already overbooked with kindness activities for 2019, you can still participate! So far, I have very unoriginal ideas for my twelve days, so PLEASE, for the love of all things good and kind, send me inspiration for what you think I should do.
Welcome to Day 1 of killing strangers with kindness. I volunteer as tribute.
Ho, ho, ho! Let the Christmas games begin!
